Hi, I’m Diane

 

I’m experienced in all aspects of business management, with a career that’s largely been spent in the not-for-profit sector, where I became specialised in financial management, governance, project and change management, and continuous improvement.

I spent six years in the health sector, where I led significant changes in the delivery of services within primary care, as well as general management services.

I then took time out to reset. I reflected not just on the work I enjoyed, but why it mattered.

Through conversations with a wide range of business owners, I saw a clear pattern: they had big visions, but no clear roadmap to get there. Many felt stuck.

That’s where I come in.

My work has always focused on three things:

Enabling growth

Practical improvements

Whether in systems, processes, or strategy.

I believe in working smarter, not harder. I embrace simple systems and tech that make life easier, and I’m passionate about helping businesses move from chaos to clarity. Small changes really can make a big difference.
